Application Information

A. How To Fill Application

This online application is for candidates who have completed a Bachelor's Engineering degree from universities recognized by the Nepal Engineering Council.

Please check the list of recognized universities before submitting your application.

If your university is not listed, please contact the Nepal Engineering Council before proceeding with the application.
  1. Login to your dashboard.
  2. Select the required examination/application.
  3. Make the required payment using Khalti, eSewa, or Connect IPS.
  4. Complete and submit the application form.
  5. Verify the information entered in the form.
  6. Complete the final confirmation.
  7. Save/print the confirmation for future reference.
If you have previously appeared in the examination, you may need to reapply according to the applicable rules.

Registration Fee Rs. 5,000/-
ID Card Charge Rs. 200/-
Total Rs. 5,200/-
Fees once paid are non-refundable.

  • Degree / Provisional Certificate of Bachelor's Degree issued by university (Notarized Copy)
  • Equivalence Certificate for foreign-study candidates, if applicable (Notarized Copy)
  • One passport-size photo
