Application form for exam can be applied online by those who have completed their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the universities recognized by Nepal Engineering Council.

NOTE: If you do not find your university, it may not yet be recognized by NEC. Please kindly visit NEC Office for further information.
1. The candidate can only pay their exam fee and registration fee using the Khalti And Connect IPS gateway provided in their dashboard.
2. Log in to the Dashboard:- Candidates should first log in to their account by clicking the Login button provided above. Enter your registered credentials (username/email and password) to access your account.
3. Make the Payment:- Candidates will be required to make the necessary payment for the application. Payment options should be available through secure methods on the portal.
4. Submit the Application:- After completing the payment, candidates must fill out the required details and submit the application form to confirm their application.At the end of the application process, you will be asked to choose an exam center.
5. Confirmation:- Upon submission, candidates should receive a confirmation email or notification in their dashboard with further instructions or details.
6. Candidates who have previously appeared for the NEC exam can reapply through their Dashboard. To do so, they must make the necessary payment, start the registration process, must fill out the required details and finally submit the application.
1. Exam Fee - Rs.2,500/- (to be deposited at the time of online application)
2. Registration Fee: Rs 5,000/- + ID card charges Rs. 200/-. Total: Rs. 5,200/- (to be deposited after passing the exam)

1. Nepalese Citizenship Certificate (Notarized Copy)
2. Mark Sheet of SEE (Notarized Copy)
3. Character Certificate of SEE (Notarized Copy)
4. Transcript of 10+2 (Notarized Copy)
5. Character Certificate of 10+2 (Notarized Copy)
6. Transcript / Semester-wise mark sheet of the Bachelor's degree (Notarized Copy)
7. Character certificate of the Bachelor's degree / Documents showing the duration of study (Notarized Copy)
8. Degree / Provisional certificate of the Bachelor's degree issued by the university (Notarized Copy)
9. Equivalence certificate from an authorized agency of the Nepal government is required for students who studied abroad for SEE, 10+2, or Bachelor (if applicable) (Notarized Copy)
10. One Passport-Size Photo
